Simply fill the boiler up to the safety valve, add ground coffee without pressing, and place it on the induction plate on medium heat. Turn off the heat once the coffee starts to gurgle.

The induction plate ensures even heat diffusion for Moka Express pots up to 12 cups on its 130mm surface. After use, hand rinse the Moka Express and induction plate, as they are not dishwasher safe.
